wirkt. social innovation GmbH is looking for 4 women without a migration background for its project, LANA Salzburg.

LANA offers 16 women with and without a migration background the opportunity to come together from March to November 2025 in a diverse, supportive women’s circle. Monthly meet-ups will create a trusting atmosphere to get to know each other better. We also discuss women-specific topics and organize content on personal development and team bonding. Joint workshops promote skills, self-confidence and solidarity. Cultural tandems (meetings for two) offer the opportunity to exchange ideas on a small scale. In small groups, the women (with support) organize relevant events to raise public awareness. The events cover topics that affect us as women. They are about health, leisure, the job market, cultural exchange, integration and coming together in a safe space.
