From November 5 to 7, 2025, the workshop Nonlinear Partial Differential Equations in Salzburg 2025 took place at the Department of Mathematics, University of Salzburg. The workshop was organized by Simon Blatt, Verena Bögelein, Frank Duzaar, and Naian Liao, bringing together internationally renowned experts as well as early-career researchers to discuss recent developments in nonlinear partial differential equations.

Thursdays, 9 October to 11 December 2025: online: Do you speak Polish, Russian, Czech, Ukrainian, Croatian, or another Slavic language at B1 level or higher? Then you are warmly invited to the Slavic Language Café – a free online meeting space for plurilingual exchange. The event takes place every Thursday from 12.00 to 12.50 p.m. (CET) via Zoom. 18 November 2025 | in presence: Gabriel Felbermayr (WIFO) will give a public lecture on free trade and geopolitics. The lecture will be in German and will be followed by a discussion with the audience. It will take place in Room HS 240/Europasaal Edmundsburg. We look forward to seeing you there!
