Research of the Division Food – Movement – Health

The research interests of our group point towards the design of exercise programs in the real world, i. e. programs that could be integrated into daily life. Our focus lies on the promotion of cardiorespiratory and morphological fitness, the accessibility of sports programs in the healthcare chain, risk stratification with regard to the prevention of childhood obesity, and the implementation of measures in the context of establishing active living.
