open accessOPEN ACCESS – THE FREE ACCESS TO KNOWLEDGE
The University Library supports open access publishing in order to make scientific research results of the University of Salzburg and objects of cultural heritage freely accessible.
IMPARTING INFORMATION AND MEDIA LITERACY

One of many core library tasks is to teach media and information literacy as a prerequisite for (pre-)scientific work. Competent librarians help to evaluate information correctly and make users fit for efficient research.
