The University Library of Salzburg sees itself as a learning organization that continuously advances the organizational development process in the sense of a participatory process of top-down and bottom-up, i.e. with the involvement of the employees, with the support of professional external process guidance. From 2013 to 2014, the Salzburg University Library implemented an internal project for further development. You can read the results here.
The continuous further development is demand-oriented and follows corresponding guidelines in the national and international library system. We are constantly working on the implementation of library quality management, both externally and internally.
