Technical Support by Student Assistants
Our student technical support assistants – themselves students at the University of Salzburg – are available on site to help you with technical questions related to your teaching. The support is hands-on, straightforward, and easily accessible.
How can we support you?
- MS Teams: Assistance with settings, recordings, and inviting external guests.
- Hybrid teaching & recordings: Help with setting up hybrid sessions or lecture recordings in lecture halls and seminar rooms.
- Online exams: Advice on exam settings, the LockDown Browser, and the Blackboard learning platform.
- On-site technical issues: Support with projectors, sound, connection problems, or hardware issues.
- Microsoft 365 & more: Help with OneDrive, Outlook, Windows 11 migration, and other common tools.
