The University of Salzburg’s Code of Conduct defines the shared values and standards of conduct at the University of Salzburg and serves as a guide for our daily actions. The aim is to ensure and promote a respectful and responsible learning and working environment. Discrimination, (sexual and/or gender-based) harassment, sexualised violence and bullying are in direct contradiction to this and are therefore not tolerated at the University of Salzburg. Section 2 of the Code of Conduct in particular makes this unambiguously clear and refers to the applicable works agreement on ensuring cooperative behaviour for this purpose.
