Conference, Symposium and Trade Fair Organisation

For your events, the University of Salzburg provides a range of conference and presentation materials as well as selected promotional items. Depending on the item, these can be obtained through the  University of Salzburg Webshop, the Office Supplies Service, the Print Centre, the Deparment for University Communications or our Building Services.

Here you will find information and contact details to support the effective promotion and successful organisation of your event.

  • Exhibition and Presentation Materials

    You will soon be able to borrow presentation materials from the University for use at trade fairs and other events. These include roll-up banners, modular illuminated LED display units (100 × 245 cm), as well as illuminated and non-illuminated exhibition counters.

  • Conference Folders

    Conference folders and notepads bearing the University logo can be ordered from the Office Supplies Service. Please specify the required quantity, cost centre and desired delivery date when placing your order.

  • University Brochures

    University brochures can be ordered through the University Communications Office: .

  • Give-aways

    The University maintains a small selection of promotional items for conferences and academic events, including cotton tote bags (available again from 1 September 2026), ballpoint pens, lanyards, and USB flash drives featuring the University logo.

    We’re happy to advise you: If you require promotional items, for example for a trade fair appearance or a delegation visit, that are not currently part of our standard range, we will be pleased to assist.

  • Presentation Templates (Intranet)

    In the Corporate Design section of the  Intranet (in German), you will find, after logging in, templates for PowerPoint presentations, posters and flyers, as well as backgrounds for online conferences.
