Please ensure that you are able to cover your costs, either from your own means or from a scholarship, which you can apply for from a variety of organisations in your home country or in Europe. For further information about financial requirements from the Austrian government, see:  OeAD

1. Certificate of acceptance from the University of Salzburg to study for the MA in Syriac Theology.
2. A letter outlining why you wish to study Syriac theology and what you intend to do afterwards (e.g. to become a teacher, priest etc).
3. Professional CV
4. A text describing your family background and financial situation
5. A letter of recommendation from a local bishop/archbishop

Once the STSS receives the application along with the above listed documents, the board of the STSS will decide on admission to Beth Suryoye and/or a scholarship.
