Anna-Maria Penetsdorfer studied Pedagogy (Bachelor’s degree) and Educational Science (Master`s degree) at the University of Salzburg, specialising in Social Pedagogy and General Pedagogy. Since 2019, she has worked as a tutor and student assistant in the Social Pedagogy working group and as a temporary employee in a research project. During her studies, Anna-Maria Penetsdorfer focused in particular on questions of gender*justice (including the everyday life of women* with child(ren) in the context of the Corona pandemic) and (discursive) constructions / reproductions of ‘femininity*’ and ‘female* gender and sexuality’ in a Salzburg Catholic sexual pedagogical writing. Since 2023 she has been involved in two research projects as a project collaborator. She is also part of the organisational team of the »Theorieforum Salzburg« and holds a scholarship from Pro Scientia since 2022.

- History of the discipline of academic (social) pedagogy in Salzburg

- Reconstructive research methodology and methods: discourse theory and sociology of knowledge approach to discourse (SKAD)
