SERVICE for Students

Dear Students!

Here is a brief summary of some of the activities carried out by the Examination Division:

• Answers to questions about graduation process
• Coordination and processing of Bachelor/Master Exams
• Issuance of the final documents
  • IMPORTANT: As of February 1, 2022, final documents are sent by email with an official digital signature; this means that documents are no longer printed out and issued with a stamp!
• Recognition of ÖH-Credits (for Elective Courses) – (Note: For compulsory-elective- and other free elective courses, please contact the Curriculum Commissions!)
• Administration of commissioned repeat exams for not continuously assessed courses with no compulsory attendance (=Lecture Course VO, Lecture Course with tutorial VU)
• Check of enrollment courses via enrollment notification (Bescheid from the legal deparment)
• Issuance of various documents, such as confirmation letters for other universities, transcripts of records* (for graduates), etc.

Location of the Faculty Office and the Examination Office:

Through the main entrance of the NLS-Faculty you take the stairs number “10” on the right to the 1st floor, then to the left and straight ahead.

Please consider the office hours of your responsible administrator at the Examination Office! –> Team Faculty Office/Examination Office 

PLEASE NOTE:

During the holiday season, the Faculty Office/Exam Office will be closed on certain days or only be available by phone or email!
