Title: What does friendship mean? A philosophical introduction to the nature of friendship based on different philosophical approaches. Description: The question of what friendship is and what forms of friendship exist has played an important role in philosophy since its beginnings: the Greek schools of philosophy cultivated philosophy not only as a theoretical discourse, but also as a communal way of life aimed at happiness.  The short lecture will present existential philosophical, philosophical-psychological and classical approaches to the doctrine of friendship. Speakers: Aaron Cardona and Philipp Grießner
