Sprachenkurse

The Language Centre of the University of Salzburg is offering a wide range of language courses in twelve languages in the summer semester 2026, as well as specialised courses in German and English. Numerous additional services are also available, such as a tandem exchange, the Language Meetup, online language cafés, language advising and self-study materials.
Registration takes place in two phases: From 9 to 12 February, registration is open to staff of the University of Salzburg and the Mozarteum University, MORE students, Alumni Club members and external participants. An appointment is required for registration, which can be booked via the Language Centre website from 4 February at 8:30.

The Oesterreichische Nationalbank (OeNB) is funding a research project by Florian Huber at the Department of Economics entitled “Exploring the Macro-to-Micro Propagation of Aggregate Shocks: The Role of Nonlinearities and Heterogeneity” with a total budget of nearly EUR 300,000.
