How can complex questions about identity, migration, and belonging be made tangible? In the summer semester of 2026, the English-taught seminar “Global Citizenship,” led by Univ.-Prof. Dr. Zoe Lefkofridi, explored new pathways: in close cooperation with the main partners – the Global Citizenship Alliance (GCA), the Salzburg Global Seminar, and the Theatre of the Oppressed Vienna (Theater der Unterdrückten Wien – TdU Wien) – as well as the ATHENA Center for Intersectional Research, students from PLUS and New York’s Molloy University developed a joint performance. During the celebratory event in the Grand Hall of Schloss Leopoldskron, the audience became active participants, playfully testing solutions for building inclusive communities.
