Module – Free Elective Courses
The master program provides to the students a comprehensive fundamental understanding of materials, their synthesis, characterization and application. In addition, it stimulates the development of a specialized profile of skills and competences. Students shall complement, according to their personal interests, the knowledge acquired in the core courses and in the required general courses by choosing free elective courses (consisting of 12 ECTS points) from any recognized post-secondary educational institutions. Topics may include computational science, engineering science, electrical engineering, process engineering, biological, geological and environmental science, economics, law, gender studies and languages amongst others. These courses can be taken at any time during the time of study.
