Filming Permits

Are you planning to film at one of our University locations, for example for a feature about the University or its researchers?
We are happy to assist you in identifying a suitable filming location and can arrange the necessary filming permits. Please also consult our facility and venue management information for further guidance on applicable regulations and costs.

To process your request, please provide the following information:

• What is the subject of the planned coverage?
• For which format is the filming intended?
• Where and when will filming take place?
• How long is the filming expected to last?

Please submit requests for filming permits by email to at least two weeks in advance.
