Psychotherapy and clinical-psychological treatment are available at the university outpatient clinic for the implementation of therapy research and practice-oriented teaching. To fulfill the requirements for a psychotherapeutic care facility in accordance with the Psychotherapy Act 2024, the professional groups of psychotherapists and clinical psychologists are represented. Diagnosis and treatment are available within the framework of scientific projects for all persons with mental health problems, including – but not limited to – university staff and students.
Psychotherapists from a variety of psychotherapeutic backgrounds work at the university outpatient clinic, as do clinical psychologists, to provide you with a personalised therapy.
Patients at the university outpatient clinic and the treatment team are involved in research projects to further develop individual and group therapy. The entire team is bound by confidentiality.

- Pathological psychological distress due to tinnitus
- Pathological psychological distress due to premenstrual dysphoric disorder

- Pathological psychological distress in menopause
- Pathological psychological distress due to gender identity and gender expression issues
