When you contact us by telephone, we will provide you with information about the general conditions of the university outpatient clinic (participation in scientific projects, costs of the initial consultation and therapy sessions).

If you are interested, an initial personal consultation will be arranged. During the initial consultation your psychological problems will be diagnosed in detail using established questionnaires and interviews.

After the initial consultation, a decision will be made with you as to whether treatment at the university outpatient clinic is appropriate for you. If this is the case, you will be contacted by one of our treatment staff. They will provide you with therapeutic support and, like the rest of the university outpatient clinic team, involve you in research projects.

Please note that we are an outpatient clinic and that an initial consultation and therapy sessions can only take place after initial contact during our telephone office hours.
