Phillip Parzer is a doctoral researcher in the AdvancEU project at the Salzburg Centre of European Union Studies (SCEUS). He completed his Diploma Studies in Law at the University of Salzburg, with a research thesis on the legal framework of the EU’s role in international security. He joined the SCEUS doctoral college in 2026 to explore the legal dimensions of EU enlargement policy.
