Funding for open access journals
Funding requirements:
The journal must
- be published at the University of Salzburg
- must meet the criteria of the Directory of Open Access Journals
- Only certain cost centers are eligible for funding.
- Highest possible funding amount per year: € 2000.-

Application:
Applications may be submitted for ongoing or planned journals.
In the case of initial applications, a concept paper must also be included with the application showing that the funding criteria have been met. The concept paper should be a maximum of 5 pages and include information on meeting the minimum requirements, editorial board, review process, and scope.
