Nikolina Sokic is since 2012 PhD doctoral researcher in Comparative Politics at Department of Political Science and Sociology at the University of Salzburg. She graduated in the field of Defence Studies and Political Science at the Faculty for Social Sciences in Ljubljana (Slovenia). Her Diploma Thesis related to the political dimensions of environmental issues in China. Her research interest lies mainly in the field of politics and policy of energy technology innovation systems.
