Yoga Workshop

Brief description: The Vinyasa Yoga workshop combines meditation, breathing exercises and a flowing yoga sequence in which various asanas are linked together. Meditation and breathwork help you to be present in the here and now and to focus on your body and mind. The flowing sequences of movements promote strength, flexibility and mobility.

Hap Ki Do Self-Defence Workshop

Brief description: We’ll learn simple self-defence and defence techniques that are easy for anyone to master, even without any prior experience. Hapkido techniques are based on the principle: never use force against force, but always work with the force of the attack. Hapkido is suitable for anyone who wants to be able to protect themselves.
