Cancellation, changes

From 21 September to 9 October you can deregister from any courses free of charge. Please send an email to sprachenzentrum(at)plus.ac.at.
From 10 to 16 October, until 12.00 noon, there is a deregistration fee of 25%.
During the registration period (21 September to 16 October 2026) you can change courses if places are available.
After Friday, 16 October 2026, 12:00 noon, changes are no longer possible and course fees can no longer be refunded.

Further Information:

If you are unable to attend either of the first two course sessions, please inform the Language Centre office in advance. Otherwise, your place may be offered to another participant after the second week of the course.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the Language Centre reserves the right to cancel the course. In this case, any course fees already paid will be refunded in full.
