Educational transitions and educational decisions can be a personal challenge and can sometimes be perceived as stressful. As study results show, a variety of post-school options (e.g. vocational training, university, internships, etc.) can lead to orientation and decision-making problems.The aim of this study is to gain insights into the importance of social support for the educational biographical transition after completing upper secondary school. As the transition from school to a new life situation is a process that can lead to a new, unknown (institutional) context, the study also aims to map the transition process and record individual moods.
