Research:
As part of her research activities, Dr. Mirjam Zanchetta focuses on central questions of work, organizational, and business psychology. Her work centers on the impostor phenomenon, particularly its causes and its effects on professional practice. In addition, she analyzes the effectiveness of various consulting formats – including supervision, coaching, and mediation – as instruments of personnel development. Particular attention is given to their potential contribution to promoting employee health and performance within the framework of occupational health management.
