Project Group for Teacher Education Admissions (AVLA) 

The Project Group for Teacher Education Admissions (AVLA) is responsible for the development and quality assurance of the admissions process for teacher education programs within the Central Development Consortium. This includes the Online Self-Assessment (OSA) to support the decision to pursue a degree, as well as the Electronic Admission Test (EZT) to assess study-relevant cognitive competencies based on a requirements analysis. Key tasks include the development, validation, and evaluation of the procedures, as well as support for their implementation. The goal is a scientifically sound, fair, and standardized procedure for reflecting on study choices and selecting suitable applicants.
