Dr Ricarda Gugg completed her bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees in pedagogy and educational science at Paris Lodron University between 2010 and 2022. She worked at PLUS as a research assistant from 2015 and as a university assistant from 2017, contributing to numerous research projects. Since 2024, she has been working as the regional coordinator for educational programmes at the Upper Austrian Youth Red Cross. Research interests: educational inequality and equity, critical educational research, discourses on social values, educational research on migration
