The Staff Development Department of the University of Salzburg supports all employees – from initial orientation to long-term career development. We foster individual potential, strengthen leadership competencies and, together with all employees, shape a modern and future‑oriented working environment.

Our measures are aligned with the university’s strategic objectives and with the concrete development needs of our employees – from administration to research and teaching. Our offer
