From registration to fees – here you will find all key information about the staff development courses at the University of Salzburg.

Key FAQs at a Glance

  • Registration for External Cooperation Partners

    The registration form for training events can be found at the following link. Seminar places are allocated in the order in which registrations are received, taking into account the match with the target group and the number of available places.

  • Registration for Internal Staff

    Internal registrations are made exclusively via PLUSonline.
    All employees can access the Staff Development seminars via the “Internal Training” button on their personal profile, where they can view dates, available places and register independently.

  • Copyright

    All materials provided during workshops are the intellectual property of the Staff Development Department and/or the trainers. They may not be shared or used commercially without permission.

  • Employees on Parental Leave

    Participation in training events is also possible during parental leave – but exclusively in your free time and not counted as working hours.

  • Online Seminars

    Access links for online events are intended solely for registered participants and must not be shared.

  • Course Fees

    Participation is generally free of charge.
    In exceptional cases, an administrative fee may be charged.

  • Cancellation Fees

    If you are unable to attend, please cancel in good time.
    Cancellations are free of charge up to one week before the course date.
    After that, a flat cancellation fee of € 30.00 applies – also in cases of unexcused absence of more than 25% of the seminar duration.

  • Confirmation of Participation

    A certificate of participation is issued at the end of the event, provided that at least 75% of the seminar duration has been attended.
