Research:
My research interests include personnel and student selection, leadership development, data analysis, and coaching.
In my doctoral research, I investigate the behavior-based assessment of conscientiousness, among other approaches using so-called objective personality tests. The aim is to move beyond subjective self-report questionnaires by using process-based parameters derived from test-taking behavior to obtain an assessment of conscientiousness that is as unbiased and observer-independent as possible.
