Robert A. Huber is Professor of Political Science Methods in the Department of Political Science at the University of Salzburg. He received his PhD from ETH Zurich in 2018. Before joining the University of Salzburg, he was a Lecturer in Comparative Politics at the University of Reading. He also serves as an editor of the European Journal of Political Research.
His research examines how globalization creates new challenges for liberal democracy. Using state-of-the-art methods, he studies topics such as trade policy, climate and environmental politics, and populism. His work has been published in leading journals including the British Journal of Political Science, Comparative Political Studies, the European Journal of Political Research, and Political Analysis.
