Anna-Lotta Dechow is a PhD researcher within the  INCONEX project at the Salzburg Centre of European Union Studies (SCEUS). Her doctoral research examines populist party representation through a constructivist lens. In addition, she is interested in deliberative democracy, with a particular focus on sortition-based democratic innovations.

Formerly, Anna-Lotta completed her Master’s degree in Political Theory at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE) from Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf.
