Research:
In my dissertation, I focus on transversal competencies (also known as “future skills”) and their relevance in higher education. I am particularly interested in the perspectives of students and instructors. Which competencies are essential for overcoming current and future challenges? In what ways are these competencies already embedded in higher education, perhaps just less visible? How can students’ transversal competencies be fostered in a sustainable way?
